Pressed Flower Art Jamming is an open-format studio session inspired by Oshibana (押し花), the Japanese art of creating botanical artwork with pressed flowers.
Choose from a curated collection of real pressed flowers—including familiar blooms like roses, delphiniums, daisies, hydrangeas, and seasonal varieties—and explore different composition styles, from botanical studies and bouquet-inspired arrangements to expressive freeform designs. With light guidance throughout the session, you'll create at your own pace and transform pressed flowers into a timeless botanical art frame that's uniquely yours.
Whether you're discovering pressed flowers for the first time or simply looking for a slow, creative afternoon, this is a chance to experience nature in a different form and create something beautiful to take home.

- Do I need any experience? This session is beginner-friendly and suitable for anyone who enjoys flowers, creativity, or trying something new.
- What flowers will I be working with? Our collection includes familiar blooms such as roses, delphiniums, daisies, hydrangeas, and seasonal varieties. As flowers naturally bloom throughout the year, the selection may vary with each session.
- Can I include a photograph? You're welcome to bring a small photograph if you'd like to incorporate it into your artwork. If you're looking for a workshop centred around creating a pressed-flower photo frame, we recommend booking Memory in Bloom, which includes a prepared photo print and a curated premium floral collection.
