WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/ RETURN POLICY?
Due to the 100% handmade nature of our floral art, we do not accept returns/ refunds or offer exchanges. However, we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact hello@artlaystudio.com
Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. All reservations placed are non-refundable. All commissioned work and sale pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Those are final transactions.
RETURN POLICY
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@artlaystudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed. If your return is accepted, simply send it back within 14 days from date of receipt. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we've seen it and checked everything's in order, we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customers.
If item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. We’ll be sure to keep you updated and email you when we have processed your refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
