Shipping policy

 

FOR DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

We charge a flat rate of $8 for local registered postage. Every order takes 14 days after the date of purchase. However, for a bigger commissioned piece with more intricate details will take up to 30 days. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and we will keep you updated with the delivery status.

DELIVERY TIMING

• Delivery will be done between 10 am to 8 pm, Monday – Friday (except public holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be shipped out on the next Monday. GMT +8.
• For specific delivery timing (eg. between 1pm - 2pm) or expedited shipping, there is an additional charge at $15.
• Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
• For orders over $160, there will be free delivery
• Do drop us an email if you would like to opt for a specific delivery time

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

• For orders of under $400, there is a standard shipping at $50 (6-8 workings days)
• For orders of over $400, there will be free delivery. 

 

GIFTS

Gifts are definitely our love language, so let us know if we can help with yours! Just drop a line in the notes field when placing your order, or send us an email with your order number. We can remove price tags and include a handwritten note!

 

NOTE: Your orders are wrapped with waterproof gift wrap and special care. They will arrive in a secured mailing box. Although we pack your floral art carefully, the placement of the preserved flowers may still arrive a bit displaced.

We cannot assume responsibility for any damage or delay the package might get in transit.
